Teaching and learning at the university is in the context of reforms and didactic innovations. The quality development of teaching and studies results from the Bologna Process and the didactic design of study programs. Approaches to university didactics should be strengthened and university management should be further developed in the design of teaching.The frame of reference of a pedagogical university development with a professionalization of university teaching results from the learning environment, subject didactics with study programmes, study courses and competence development as well as cultural framework conditions. The study is a reflection of a personal learning and experience area and development process.
