The book provides a progressive approach to the governance and management of Universities and other Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). It sets out key measures for remaining relevant and competitive, and in proactively and effectively fulfilling their role in nurturing and developing market-ready graduates who will be significant contributors to the economy, and aid the development of society. The book deals with strategic and operational management of HEIs, and proposes approaches to achieve excellence in higher education.
