What to expect from this book:Suitable from 4 years oldExhaling correctly underwaterEyes open - important when swimming and going underwaterHow do I quickly get down deep?Going underwater for rings and other objectsFun exercises and swimming through tunnelsGames and puzzlesCorrect breathing for breaststroke and crawlWith lots of colorful illustrations and descriptive textsChildren who are not confident to go underwater must first learn that the water will not "damage" them. Splashing is uncomfortable for them and they wipe splashes away immediately, which gets in the way of good swimming. It is important to proceed cautiously to get them used to going underwater. The child should never be forced or pushed into the water as fear is a poor teacher. The aim is for them to overcome their fear and carry out the exercises voluntarily. Child-oriented illustrations inspire the child to copy the exercises, and they will quickly experience success!
