Under the Stained Glass Ceiling: Sexual Harassment of United Methodist Clergywomen by Laity

The Rev. Dr. Beth Cooper reveals an epidemic for the church precipitated by cultural attitudes about gender. Secular law, United Methodist polity and history, gender studies and family theory systems and leadership paradigms show the systemic character of complex gender issues.
