Under the Ashes

In this fifth installment of the Burr Lafayette Mystery series, a Michigan attorney's fight against his client's stingy insurance company suddenly turns into a murder case. 

Molly Fagan is merely looking for a quick life insurance payout after her radio-station-owner husband suffered a heart attack and died. But just when Burr Lafayette gets his client a shot at the money, Molly is arrested for murder.
