Theology is the study of who God is, what He is like, and how He feels about those made in His image. It is not for scholars or theologians, but ordinary students of Scripture that love God and care about His gospel being preached among the Nations. Loving Jesus necessitates that we love theology, because ultimately it is all about Him. The theological debate over Calvinism and Arminianism is much deeper than who is right or wrong. It is about God and His nature. His identity, and who we believe Him to be, is the most critical issue facing the Church today.
