This short guide can be that method if you choose it to be. There are areas that would resonate more with some than with others. These are the people who have reached a plateau and need a fresh point of view to get to where they wish to be. Meditation, physical training and learning all contribute to the overall well being of any individual and especially those who wish to better themselves.
