Uberwoot A state of supreme, sustained joy despite all evidence to the contrary. A black comedy about the pursuit of happiness, progressive thought, evolving human nature, and how to face a midlife crisis with a telepathic dog. Dr. Ian Dilligaf goes to sea to scatter a friend's ashes. Oddly, he is willed a Jack Russell puppy named Fritzie. Their association becomes either a scientific marvel or a schizophrenic delusion. Life hasn't added up to much for Ian, or so he grouses to his wives, Kanilla Fu and Misha. He's been a Professor of Progressive Thought, author of a failed esoteric book titled Blinker Fluid Futures, life coach, lecturer, and co-creator of the popular Bubee and Goshe webcast cartoon. He decides to solve his midlife crisis by scheduling an assisted suicide at a state-run Personal Life Choice Parlor. But nothing goes right. Bizarre events challenge him and his notions of happiness.
