Twelve Rules for Eternal Life

RULE 1. Love God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. Love and pray daily to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.RULE 2. Love yourself and your family.RULE 3. Love your neighbors including your enemies.RULE 4. Have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His atonement.RULE 5. Repent of your sins.RULE 6. By one holding Christ's priesthood authority, be baptized by immersion for the remission of your sins.RULE 7. Be confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Receive the Holy Ghost by the laying on of hands by one with authorized priesthood authority.RULE 8. Keep the Ten Commandments and the Beatitudes. These are not suggestions. They are commandments.RULE 9. Partake of the Sacrament Worthily and Keep the Sabbath day Holy by attending Church and by loving and serving your family and others.RULE 10. Pay your tithes and offerings.RULE 11. Study the Holy Scriptures and follow the inspired counsel of the Living Prophets and Apostles.RULE 12. Minister to the one nearest to you and to your ancestors and sanctify and prepare yourself for Christ's Second Coming and His millennium of peace and kingdoms of glory.
