Turner: New Era

Juri Turner the human-born dragon and the peoples of Earth and Mur have, along with their allies, won a decisive battle against their alien enemy, the scorbs. They have broken the hold those miscreants had on all the races in the galaxy, signaling a new era of peace.

On Earth, the new era begins with the cleanup and repair of years of occupation and war.

On Mur, Juri gets downtime to study magic and have a good time at her birthday party before being thrown back into the particulars of learning how to be a queen.

But, there's a snag.
