It's the turn of the millennium, and as the world prepares to "party like it's 1999," young rock musician and ladies' man Reno Vegas finds himself an unscheduled guest at the ball--having been unceremoniously booted thirty years into the future from his idyllic sixties scene--the aftermath of his abduction by extraterrestrials.
