Hence, this "Double Dose" includes various types of poems like freestyle, sestain, haikus, tankas, ballads, triolet, cinquains and so on.... A little fun and twist , good positive vibes to sad outcomes, spreading goodness, showing true love, being open and honest in communication, enjoying nature and regaining joy to reduce stress are included in this anthology.
