Trial by Fire

Trial by Fire is an epic fantasy that takes place in the fictional 'Crystal Forest.' Home to the three major nations of tree-borne beings called erodeseans, there is enough danger and wonder for any intrepid adventurer. A generation has passed after the last Great War between humans from the east and the Lunu, who call the Grand Tree and Eromosa their home. Now, a storm that threatens to upend the natural order of the world is brewing on the horizon. Onyx and Nike, college students at Eromosa's Osk University, are suddenly whisked into a conflict that quickly spirals out of control. As they navigate the harsh realities of life beyond the safety of their former home, the truth and fate of the Crystal Forest stand on the brink of disaster.
