Treatment of acne scars. Bibliographic review.

The treatment of acne scars is a procedure in great demand both in dermatology and in aesthetic medicine, due to its high incidence and high impact on the mental health of the patients who suffer from it, and for which there are a multitude of therapeutic options. The main objective of this study is to carry out a review and synthesis of the scientific evidence available and updated to the last 5 years about the different therapeutic options for the management of acne scars. For this purpose, a bibliographic review of the systematic reviews and meta-analyses available in the Medline and Cochrane library databases is carried out.
