Trapped at Birth

Max Bryce is a fake name, but no one in rural Twin Mills, Saskatchewan, knows that. Fyodor is his real name. He is the youngest son of a powerful Russian mob family. Max's veterinarian practice is a front for his family's illegal drug trade across the American border.



Max resents being part of his family. He tried to leave it once before but was severely punished. His punishment was to teach him that no family member gets out of his family alive. Yet, Max's desperation to escape runs deep and explodes. In a rash move, Max becomes a David fighting two Goliaths.
