I had tried just about everything in my trauma recovery journey. Even though I had made a lot of progress, I was still feeling stuck. After almost 3 years into my recovery, I definitely was not where I had hoped to be. Until I began microdosing psilocybin mushrooms.
For approximately 20-30% of people with PTSD, prescription medications do not work. And then there are people, like myself, that have no interest in taking the types of medication typically prescribed for PTSD.
