Melanie Markson, David Greenland, and Krass get involved in a new adventure. The planet Frivler has become a planet where the inhabitants are in revolt against the Slave Masters who rule there. Melanie and Dave arrange to be recognized by the Central Exchange Guild as legitimate weapons dealers supplying the rebels in their struggle. Many dangerous events unfold as they attempt to free the slaves from their horrendous masters.
