Trace's... Their Battle With Alzheimer's Disease
As you read Traces, my wish is that you will learn more about talking to someone with Alzheimer's Disease--- it's symptoms and it's do's and don'ts. I hope you are inspired to learn how Alzheimer's Disease affects the people diagnosed and their caretakers.
Henry is 73 years young: he was diagnosed three years ago as being in the first stage of Alzheimer's Disease. His wife, Alice, passed away later that year. Henry has coped well for the past three years but for the past two weeks, something has changed.....something is missing.
Henry's grandson, Timmy, prayed for him. That very night Traces visited Henry. They explained that they were there to help him locate their Somas and help Henry remember some special times from his past and make him see how important he is to others and the future.
