In this book, Ahmed Elnagar discusses the subject of organizational culture, its history, definitions, components and types and TQM, its history, definitions, and practices in the hospitality fields. A case study is explained where organizational culture types and TQM practices are used in tourism industry in Egypt. The author proposes a modified model of organizational culture and build a new model of TQM practices to deal with the case study which contained more than 400 hotels. The results indicated organizational culture has a positive indirect effect on financial performance through a moderator effect of TQM. This book can be benefit to that the academic and practitioners in hotels.
