This research is the analyzing and study development of people with disabilities (PWD) in Brunei Darussalam and to understand government policies and practices in financial assistance, welfare,education,development and employment opportunities by comparing policies and practices of people with disabilities (PWD) between Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore.
