Tortured Souls

Street savvy Samantha Franklin thinks that she has seen it all as a LAPD Homicide Detective. But the City of Angels has a surprise for her. Samantha is assigned a case that is straight from hell, testing all of her skills and ingenuity as a detective. With her new partner, rookie Detective Richard "Junior " Evans, they attempt to stop a madman while facing the events of the past that torture their souls.
