Prize boxers turning to fights in alleyways to eat, a thief who owes too much money decides to invade the homes of families looking for anything that could pay off his mounting debts, a man takes on the job as cleaner at the local university are all but a few new short stories written by author Thomas Priestley in his 14th outing into the realm of self publication. These stories much like Priestley's other works deal with intense, gritty realism and a sensitive aggression that filters throughout the diverging characters in this new collection of short stories.
