Beskrivelse
These strangely disturbing little stories of childhood misadventure and calamity have been magicked out of The Giant Picture Dictionary for Boys and Girls, first published in 1949. Using only complete sentences from that book, they have been pieced together to unlock secret narratives hidden within the Dictionary's seemingly innocent definitions of words.
Illustrated with amusing images also created using only elements from the Dictionary, this dark little book is in the spirit of Run Wrake's Rabbit and pays homage to Struwwelpeter and Henry Darger's Vivian Girls.
