Seven years ago, two women disappeared while visiting Denali National Park. Now, Morgan McCown has come to Alaska to escape the frustrations of her parents and the Arkansas bar exam. Wallace O'Brien, to salvage his career. Both, however, will find themselves consumed by the mystery of the women's disappearances. And they will be fortunate to escape Alaska with their lives. Some mysteries, they will inevitably learn, are not meant to be solved.
