The pre-internet year of 1993.

 

King Ozymandis and the Beggar Maid is the most successful British pop band of all time. On the eve of a sellout world tour, the lead singer, Lawrence is shot dead. Shortly after his murder, the remaining three members of the band are all arrested in connection with his murder. Each member has a personal motive for wanting to kill Lawrence.
