In a place, called Arcadia, people observe our world. Sometimes, interventions are needed. Some things may need to be changed or fixed. It is up to the Stewards to do just that. For two occupants of Arcadia, questions are raised about whether they should be or not. Vander and Celia have misgivings. The two join forces, then embark on an adventure to discover right or wrong, if what they are doing really needs to be done.
