A weekend in Tijuana, Mexico for the opening of the bullfight season turns into a battle between a group of American tourists, helped by some shady local characters and off-duty Marines and Central American secret police. Trying to get across the border becomes a full-scale firefight, while the secret police leave sections of Tijuana in flames.
