Through Our Eyes is a heartwarming story of two severely handicapped people who fall deeply in love and gladly take on any and all conventional obstructions to their being together. This worthwhile book took over ten years to complete and will stir the hearts and open the minds of all people who take the time read it. Their story shows that love is powerful and can overcome many obstacles, as it has with this couple, each of whom was crippled physically and socially with cerebral palsy. Ron and Michelle Rice were able to accomplish what most people would consider to be impossible for them, namely marriage and a happy life together, in spite of their severe handicaps. Their story will truly be an inspiration to many disabled people who would like very much to shed their loneliness and embrace a lifelong, loving companionship. Ron and Michelle are proof that it can be done.
