In the near future, Canada, once a bastion of democracy, is swept into a maelstrom of authoritarian rule as a new political party emerges. The Unified Canadian Party, led initially by charismatic visionaries, ushers in an age of unprecedented prosperity. However, when a domestic terror attack shakes the nation to its core, the reins of power are seized by the iron-fisted Minister of Defence and Espionage, Lionel Stern.

As Stern tightens his grip over Canada, old alliances crumble and new, sinister bonds form with other authoritarian regimes. As tensions escalate and Canada is expelled from NATO, the nation finds itself in a web of geopolitics, espionage, and militarization. Stern's regime, through paranoia and oppression, charts a course towards an unthinkable global conflict.
