Three Little Bayou Boys to the Rescue

Join us as we continue our adventures with the three little bayou boys series, "Three Little Bayou Boys to the Rescue." The three little bayou boys are on a journey post-Hurricane Ida. Centered around the bayous of South Louisiana, the bayou boys feel compelled to help search and rescue the Cajun community after the gigantic and devastating storm makes landfall. With a flat pirogue, emergency supplies, and a big heart, the bayou boys set out on an experience of a lifetime. Along the way, they encounter people who graciously accept their humanitarian services.

Children will learn strong character, compassion for others, how to deal with fear, and problem-solving skills. The preschool drawings are relatable, and the children will enjoy interacting with their friends.

Parents will enjoy bonding and spending quality time interacting with children as they read with them.

Teachers can incorporate the warm story with History, Arts and Crafts, Community Helpers, building strong character skills, social skills, and emotional skills.
