Third World Dictatorship

Dictatorship continues to challenge modern history with views impregnated by optimism and determinism: would development necessarily lead to political progress? It is considered as a narrow-minded by contemporary world historians, where the inflexion point could be a conflict between communism and capitalism. Such an assumption should be continually updated to understand the recurrence of dictatorship worldwide, and especially in third world countries.
