As adults when we get anxious or worried we can understand the effects that it has on our bodies. With children, they can often misread the red face, sweaty palms, or that butterfly feeling that they feel inside.
This book, I hope, will allow that child to recognize the feeling and know they are not alone.
Let's accept it as a way of giving us strength.
