This book uses humor and photos to compare dog behavior to human behavior. After observing humans leading stressful lives, canines decided to show them how dog behavior can reduce stress and anxieties, so humans can live a happy life. Areas of stress, such as Communication, Boring Company, Down Days Happen, and 12 others, are included. Each Stress Area includes a photo of a dog and compares canine behavior to human behavior.
For example, in "Down Days Happen", humans cough and share their germs, turn on the TV, turn off the TV. Canines really need to be a lap dog, regardless of size and need to keep that soggy bone with them on the couch, and "No", they do not want to go to the vet.

At the end of the book, their is a Certificate of Completion, if you successfully complete your Therapy, signed off by your dog's paw print.
