Theologischer Dialog mit der Russischen Orthodoxen Kirche

The volume contains the contributions of the three most recent meetings between the Evangelical Church in Germany and the Russian Orthodox Church in the years 2008, 2012, and 2015. The papers from the fields of exegesis, practical theology and church history deal with the topics "Human Rights" (Wittenberg 2008), "Church in Multi-cultural Society" (Rostov-on-Don 2012) and "70 Years after the End of the Second World War." Beyond expert discussions, the papers also takes into account the social framework of the church's commitment in Germany and in the Russian Federation. With this perspective the dialogue makes a significant contribution to understanding between the partners in transformation, Germany and Russia.
