Theodore is a City Kid. He lives in a small apartment with his family. The city is a maze of tall, gray buildings. No one in the city seems very happy. In fact, they are almost always sad. They aren't smiling.
On his way home from school one day, Theodore is surprised by something he finds. Curious, he investigates. What happens next changes the lives of the people in his city.
