The Youth's Lens

The Youth's Lens dives through the ins and outs of Western beauty standards, and how our identities have been affected by them. For younger people, we've quite literally been thrown into one big social experiment of growing up with technology, but we don't know what the outlasting effects of that will be. What we do know is that mental health issues have been at an all-time high because of that. We didn't get a handbook in school on how to process all this new stigma around our body image and processing how our identities fit into that. This is why we are taking a step back to process and regroup in order to maneuver through the chaos of our lives. Be ready to look at the world differently, and to see yourself in a reflective lens that will reveal to you how your environment has affected the way you've lived your life.
