I had the perfect plan for my first day of high school…too bad I overslept.

 

Even with that setback I strolled into my freshman year with my best friend Kathryn with a plan to make a splash and win my crush. I ended the day making a different kind of splash than I wanted and with my own Rogues gallery of villains. Actions on day one will lead to a battle of wits and wills spanning the entirety of my freshman year.

At home I have my overworked and supportive mother balanced out by my bitter and resentful stepfather. Is there a day that goes by I don't peak his anger?
