Beskrivelse
Six essays by Albert Payson Terhune, author of Lad: A Dog, on men in history who have been irresistible to women. Originally published in magazines in 1918. The men covered are: Lord Byron, Napoleon, Jonathan Swift, Alexandre Dumas, Marshal Saxe, and Fr d ric Chopin. The book can be considered a companion, of sorts, to Terhune's series of articles (some of which were compiled as a book in 1916) on "Superwomen."
