The Wolfdog of Philadelphia

A smart and good-hearted dog stumbles upon a forest herb, one that eaten regularly prevents him from aging. Born in 1752, on property owned by Benjamin Franklin, the canine travels to the vast reaches of Philadelphia. Over decades, he meets both famous and everyday people, protecting and learning from them. Many are kind; some are hateful. But the dog abides for two centuries, learning from and teaching those he encounters.
