Kat's feelings for the reclusive artist Jake blossom after he goes missing from his penthouse apartment. When he re-appears, naked and shivering she has questions about the beautiful, tiny puppy abandoned in his bathroom. Where did it come from, where is it now and why is it growing so quickly?

Then Jake goes missing again and she knows something very strange is happening. She sets her mind to unravelling the mystery.



In this cosy, light-hearted werewolf romance Kat finds she is able to accept Jake for all his anxieties and hang-ups ultimately even what he has now become. But the fun and puppy cuddles come to an abrupt end when nature rears its head - red in tooth and claw.
