The Warrior Within is a book about battles. The battles caused by the internal struggles we all face. Battles that can lead those who have endured such pain that they feel taking their own life is the only escape. Who fights their battles? Who fights your battles? Are they real battles or our own

With over 35 years of working experience in public health care, Caesar Rondina has interacted with thousands of people from different walks of life, cultures, races, and creeds. Oftentimes, these encounters were intensified by a life-or-death medical situation. All things combined, Caesar Rondina's

real-life experiences along with education have provided insight about the world we live in and how we choose to live in it. He has been an author,

businessman, educator, paramedic, master boat captain, firefighter, and father to three adult children. Born in New England, he attended universities in the fields of Education and Business Management and completed

studies in the fields of electronics, medicine, and boating. In addition, he holds a United States Coast Guard Master Captain's license, and a

National Association of Radio and

Telecommunications Engineers First Class Repair and teaching certificate. In college for music education, his primary instrument was guitar, and he played in venues across the country. Caesar Rondina continues to work as a

paramedic and an educator, and he continues to write.
