Fresh out of college, Ned Alderman is anxious to start his internship at Peppercorn Press while spending the summer with his cousin, Nadine, who he hasn't seen since they were kids. His fears are soon mitigated when he meets Chase Becker, the best "warmer" in the business, whose radiance mesmerizes Ned and others.
