For DS Albie Edwards, the threads from each investigation lead back to Josie Jeffries. Josie is a young single mother from a local housing estate.



As the killings escalate, Josie becomes a person of interest for the police and the only link between all of the victims. With each death, Josie begins to question her building feelings of paranoia, while others question her innocence.



While the killer avoids detection, Albie's team focus on assembling the puzzle of Josie's past in an attempt to crack the case. In the meantime, Albie's investigations bring him face to face with his past demons and his lingering guilt.
