Gaining customers is one of most important activities of a business and there are countless ways of doing this.
One technique or approach could be a failure for one business but could be a gold mine for another. The most important things is that we keep an open mind.
In this book, we interview 10 entrepreneurs and ask them to walk us through their experience in what has and hasn't worked for them in getting new customers.
