The Vesperian Chronicles: The Risen One

Vesperia, while much more advanced, is a world that mirrors Earth. Throughout the ages, their kind have visited Earth in hopes of helping mankind advance further. While initially believed to be angels, no one has ever proven anything beyond rumors. That is, until the street camera picked up footage of a small-framed woman lifting an armored car off of a trapped pedestrian. General Norwood, the leader of a military operation known as Project Aries, is called by an old friend who knows where the girl is, and needs help getting her to safety. She had been discovered years ago, left by her mother, a bounty hunter after a powerful Vesperian criminal. Older now, and aware of the man who slew her mother, the girl has intentions set on revenge. But, in order to achieve her goals, she will have to face her past.
