For the past two hundred years or so, a movement has been established to revive a healthy lifestyle that ensures not only longevity but also quality of life, but its history remains largely unknown to the general public. Although many modern health guidelines originate from this movement, the world is still unaware of its existence.
In this work we will meet all those pioneers who have established the principles and values of a genuine Natural Health tradition and examine their life-saving findings. Concepts such as fasting for health, intermittent fasting, vegetarian and vegan diets, the benefits of sun, water and earth, non-pharmacological, natural approaches to disease, even the placebo effect, were all examined and experienced by those pioneers that were devoted whole-heartedly to the service of suffering humanity.
