In this Policy Note, the Committee for Development Policy proposes principles and policy alternatives for a post-2015 development agenda, in the light of consideration of lessons learnt from the Millennium Development Goals experience and the key development challenges that have emerged in recent years. It suggests a general contour of a transformative framework with broader, more nuanced and context specific development strategies. The Policy Note will contribute to efforts by the international community to find effective solutions for development issues.
