Influenced by personal rites of passage, this book of poems aims to foster deeper and more meaningful look into how to survive white supremacy in the United States of America. This book is an intimate portrait of how Dr. Horn views his survival journey within white supremacy on an intricate and nuanced level. Each one of Dr. Horn's poems take the reader on an intentional journey by exchanging stories, interests, and struggles in order to begin building an authentic relationship with the reader. The overall goal of this book of poems is to foster a mentorship with the reader, allowing for a life-long experience of critical reflection to occur on how to navigate White Supremacy in the United States of America.
