This is Book 2 in the trilogy, "Ismaril's Journey." Taëlia is mobilizing, and the Black King, Azezakel, is preparing a devastating war. He is one of many gods walking amongst men, and abominable creatures are serving him. In these tumultuous times, Ismaril and Sigyn seek to find a solution to a disaster that seems inevitable. Ismaril, possessing a magic sword, tries to find his place in the conflicts, desperately searching for himself and for repentance from unforgettable crimes he committed that have haunted him ever since.
