Porter Emerson Browne (born in 1879, died in 1934), was an American author. He wrote several plays. Some of those were adapted for film.
\"The Uncivil War\" is about the changes in fighting wars that came along with the first World War.
This book is a reprint of the famous original which was first published in 1918.
